Whenever I execute a query I get the following error.
"Cannot open file 'C:\Documents and Settings\<login>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7\User Files\SavedSQL.dat'. Access is denied."
Toad saves all SQL history to SavedSQL.dat so it needs to be able to access SavedSQL.dat and the path to file.
"C:\Documents and Settings\<login>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7\User Files\"
Unfortunately there is no way to turn off SQL Recall in Toad.
SavedSQL.dat does not get written to if you execute your query using the "Execute as script" button (or F5).
However, Toad might from time to time check the SavedSQL.dat so please check with your IT department on the security level of Windows and any virus scan software.
