Error compiling a package: "PLS-707: unsupported construct or internal error [2603]" -
Description
When compiling a package in Toad, the following error is displayed:
"PLS-707: unsupported construct or internal error [2603]"Compiling the package with Debug in SQLPlus, throws an ORA-24344 error. If package cannot be compiled in SQLPlus with Debug, then issue is due to Oracle.

Resolution
Compile package with Debug turned off. Select the Bug icon from the top toolbar or select "Toggle Compile with Debug" option from the Session menu in order to toggle off Debug.
