Toad Login window not saving or displaying database connection information (46419)

Toad  is not  showing all the previous database connections in the Login window.

Please confirm that the "Show Favorites only " or "Show Selected Home only " check boxes have not been checked.
These boxes are near the bottom of the Toad Login window.
Unchecking these two boxes will display previous connections.

Checking one's connections.ini file and it shows previous database connections, but none of them are displayed in Login window.
User has to enter their connection information each time they start TOAD.
