While choosing the time range "Last 7 days" I see the data except the last 24 hours. If I choose the time range "Last 24 hours" everything is fine, I can see the data.
The data load is set to "once a day".
Choose the data load "Continuously" instead of "Once a day". Per default the data load is set to "Continuously".
The different data view is related to where Performance Analysis is getting the data from. If you choose "Last 24 hours" PA is querying the short term repository (filesystem) and if you choose "Last 7 days" PA is querying the long term repository (database). If now the data load to the repository is set to "Once a day" the hours from the last data load till now is missing if you choose "Last 7 days", which could be 24 hours.
This is not an error or bug. Performance Analysis is working as designed.
Related to the amount of monitored databases writing data to the Performance Analysis repository you have to set the data load to "Once a day" to avoid blocking issues in the database.
For further information regarding the data load and how to schedule it have a look at document PAO_Hardware_Considerations_GA.pdf.
