"No data to display" in SQL PI for time ranges over five hours but visible in long term data
Description

SQL PI does not show any historical measures past ~5 hours. If the user chooses 4 hours, it will show all the statements. Somewhere around after 5-6 hours, it shows no dimension activity ("no data to display"). When the time range is set to a longer term such as past three months or past six months there are not gaps and the past day's data can be viewed.
Cause

Only 1 MINUTE raw data is being presented in UI and hence only the last 5-6 hours data is seen from FMS UI. This problem can arise if the data roll-up does not happen and 1 MINUTE data cannot be Rolled Up to 15 Minute granularity.
Resolution

When the SQL PI repository has been disconnected from an agent's collections and the rollups did not complete (e,g, the repository database was out of space) the data for some time ranges may not be available.

When the underlying PI issue has been addressed, and the rollups have completed the data can once again be written to the PI repository the instance view should be visible for time spans more than 5-6 hours.
