After installing Toad 17, the error: 'Internal error: Action classes in Toad do not match actions in ToadActions.dat' appears upon startup

After installing Toad 17, the error: 'Internal error: Action classes in Toad do not match actions in ToadActions.dat' appears upon startup of Toad. 

It works with Toad 16.3, but not in version 17.0. This error results in missing automations in Automation Designer and it is not possible to import backup of some missing automations.
 

Unfortunately this is a bug in v17.0, which has come about due to some changes that were made specifically in this version. It is the Data Pump Import actions that are causing the problem.

WORKAROUND:
Please revert to v16.3 if required

The developers hope to have a patch out in early 2024 that should address this, but it should also be addressed in the upcoming 17.1 beta version in November 2023. (The beta version is unsupported, but available for testing purposes from: https://forums.toadworld.com/t/toad-for-oracle-17-1-beta/41283 If you are unable to use the beta version though, the best suggestion for now is to revert to the 16.3 version until the patch is released. ** If you do choose to use the beta in the meantime, please note that once ToadActions.dat is used in the 17.1 beta, it won't be backwards compatible to 17.0 (even the patched version of 17.0)
