Workaround 1 - IT Monitoring Console for Edge
Step 1. Open Edge , click on 3 dot icon first and then click on Settings

Step 2. Click on Default Browser in left panel, then click on dropdown and select Allow.

Step 3. For getting your ITMonitoring Console url Just copy the url given in your browser

Step 4. Click on Add First , enter your ITMonitoring Console url and save it , then click on Restart.

Workaround 2 - IT Monitoring Console for Chrome
Step 1 . Open Google Chrome and access the Chrome Web Store.(use below link)
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensionsStep 2 . Search for IEability-Open in IE Tab.

Step 3. In the search results, click Add to Chrome for the IEability-Open in IE Tab

Step 4. Add the extension to Chrome and follow the on-screen instructions that appear during the installation process.
Step 5. When the IEability address bar is successfully installed, click on the Icon mentioned in below
Image and then click on IEability Tab

Step 6 Install the file which is downloaded.

Step 7. Close the application and again click on IEability tab with the application. This time it will
open in IEability Mode.
