"License type is not supported for the product."
The license cannot be added, and activation does not proceed.
The error is caused by a mismatch between the license type being used and the licensing model supported by the product and the License Portal.
The Toad License Portal is designed to work with subscription licenses, and it validates the license type during the registration process. If a non-subscription license is entered, the portal will reject it as unsupported.
The license portal is designed for specific products including subscription product editions.
To resolve the issue, verify the type of license you are using and apply the appropriate activation method:
