IT Security Search upgrade fails (4370568)

Ensure you are installing IT Security Search (ITSS), considering the following installation path mentioned in the Release Notes documentation of each version:

If the current version is 11.4.x:

IT Security Search 11.5.x can be installed from a new server or on top of version 11.4.x with or without updates.

If the current version is 11.5.x:

IT Security Search 11.6 can be installed from a new server or on top of version 11.5.x.

IT Security Search 11.6.1 cannot be installed on top of version 11.5.x or 11.6, even if it is from a new server; you must uninstall the application from your environment first, then connect to the existing database configuration during the new version install (make sure you have your existing organization password for this).

NOTE: There is no direct upgrade from 11.4.x to 11.6.x, you will need to first install 11.5.x before upgrading to 11.6.x.

If the upgrade is still failing, you will have to completely uninstall the previous version of ITSS, clean up, and install the new version:
