Integration fails with error: "Input ServiceNow instance URL with valid ServiceNow domains"
Description
When configuring the ServiceNow integration for an instance in domain .servicenowservices.com it fails with error:
Input ServiceNow instance URL with valid ServiceNow domains.
Cause
ServiceNow instances may use a new servicenowservices.com domain that is not currently allowed in the validation.
Resolution
WORKAROUND
The ServiceNow_Integration_Instance_Domain_Patterns registry variable contains a regex that is used to validate the URL that is configured for the ServiceNow integration.
Apply the following change to this registry variable to allow the new domain servicenowservices.com:
Go to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables.
Search for the variable ServiceNow_Integration_Instance_Domain_Patterns.
Click on View and Edit.
Change the Global Default value to: (?i)[^:?/\\]*service-now\.com$,(?i)[^:?/\\]*servicenowservices\.com$
