Sybase agents only monitor 20 databases in the server (4370226)

Make a clone of the Collection details Secondary Property List and increase the value in the Max Rows Returned column.

1. Navigate to Administration | Agents | Agent Status
2. Select the affected agent and click on the button for Edit Properties
3. Click on Modify the Private Properties for this agent
4. Locate the Collection Details section, clone the default Secondary Property list (CollectionDetails) and name it something meaningful.
5. Update the value in the Max Rows Returned column for DBSpace, DBSegmentSpace, DBStatus, SBLogSpace, and DBSpaceTrend, make sure to click the current value, enter the new value and then hit Enter to apply the change, the new value will appear in red
6. Click on Save to save the changes made to the cloned Secondary Property list
7. Click on Save in the lower-right corner of the screen to save the changes made to the specific agent.

Enhancement FOG-9854 has been logged to add a log entry to identify how many databases are being monitored in the Sybase database. This will be included in a future release of the Sybase SAP ASE cartridge.
