PagerDuty cartridge cannot be activated due to missing license (4369431)

When trying to install and enable the PagerDuty cartridge the operation is unable to complete and the following error is displayed:

Could not complete the requested operation, with the following messages:

Required license is missing for cartridge PagerDuty_Integration.

In the Management Server logs the following message is present:

com.quest.nitro.service.cartridge.api.CartridgeManager - Fail to enable cartridge PagerDuty_Integration-1.0.3 as we cannot find a valid license for it.

A "Foglight DB - Flex" subscription license is installed and other features not impacted.

WORKAROUND

Please contact support for a hotfix for this issue.

This issue was logged defect FOG-4816 and has been fixed in the 6.3 and higher releases of Foglight.
