Some group policies are missing in the Live Environment which can be seen in the group policy management.

Lost and fund container with errors or inaccessible

When a container is deleted any GPOs moved to the Lost and Found container no longer appear in the Live environment.

If a GPO is in an approval process (approvals have started, and not completed) when its container is deleted and it is moved to the Lost and Found container, the approval state will cause the lost and found container to have errors when attempting to view the container. The

Workaround

1) In the database, find any GPOs in the Lost and Found container in an approval process. These can be identified as any GPO with an entry in the TrusteeSID column with containerID '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001'

Delete the row for any of these GPOs from the database. This will have the effect of unregistering the GPO.

2) Now the Lost and Found container should be viewable. Move any GPOs here into existing containers.

3) After this re-register any unregistered GPOs (you can maintain their version history)

At this point the system should be working as expected.
