"Tomcat Application Server" fails to integrate with JAVAEE cartridge on linux machine with an error as given below:
CatalinaScripts123:com.quest.cartridge.jee.common.integration.TargetNotFoundException: Target [C:\AppServers\apache-tomcat-6.0.37-windows-x86\apache-tomcat-6.0.37\bin\catalina.sh] was not found - verify the value assigned to ${CATALINA_HOME}/${CATALINA_SH}

Fixed in Java cartridge 5.9.4
WORKAROUND:
In 5.9.3 and earlier versions, you will have to do generic integration and edit the startup scripts manually
