Errors while launching LiveReorg:
ORA-04063:PACKAGE BODY <schema>.QUEST_SPC_QUERIES has errors
ORA-06508:PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called <schema>.QUEST_SPC_QUERIES
ORA-06512:.at line 1
Cause

There is something wrong with the database objects that Space Manager uses.
Resolution

In the Space Manager GUI select File | Admin | Reinstall Server

This will rebuild the Space Manager database objects.
