A contact object is not created in the target environment and the following error can be seen in the Directory Connector log file:

The following procedure should resolve this issue:
1.) Open the CMN Management Console.
2.) Locate the Directory Connector in question.
3.) Right-Click on the connector and select Advanced Settings.
4.) Click the "Users" tab.
5.) Click the "Provision Attributes" tab.
6.) Click the "userCertificate" attribute.
7.) Click the "Remove" button.
8.) Click OK.
9.) Click the "Update Attributes" tab.
10.) Click the "userCertificate" attribute.
11.) Click the "Remove" button.
12.) Click OK.
13.) Save | Activate | Run the Directory Connector.
