Error parsing deployment descriptor messages (4349797)

Customer is receiving "com.sitraka.pas.agent.plugin.ejb3.DeploymentDescriptorParser - Error parsing deployment descriptor" messages in their agent logs.

The problem here was the length of the xml file. It looks like our agent did not load the entire contents of the xml file and hence the incomplete xml file caused a parse error

While this customer was using EJB2 and our agent does not need to parse the xml file for EJB2, we need to parse it only for EJB3, so they are not missing any data at the moment. You can ignore the error messages for the time until we can fix this in a future release. A bug id was filed to resolve the filesize limitation.

STATUS: Issue has fixed in JavaEE cartridge 5.8.0
