Resolution
Oracle 9i is not a supported platform for the Foglight cartridge for Oracle.
Please refer to the Foglight cartridge for Oracle release notes for the list of platforms supported for Oracle monitoring

Additional Information
If you are still receiving errors when running the scripts please try to grant permission to V$CONTROLFILE to the Foglight Oracle User and then try rerunning the permission validation script again.
