Does the Change Auditor Agent service need to be running/enabled in order to be remotely uninstalled from the deployment tab in the Client? -

Resolution
The client leverages RPC and SMB to perform installations and removals of the agent software on remote hosts. Assuming that the agent has successfully connected to a coordinator at least once, you should not need to have the agent service running or connected to be able to perform a remote removal of the software assuming that appropriate communications ports are open between the client and the agent host.
