Resolution
WORKAROUND
Please run the below groovy script from script console. Once the script is executed successfully services equivalent to the groups will be created in service builder under component Database Groups (DBWC_GV_GroupsContainer).

This issue was logged as FOG-4153 and has been fixed in the 6.3.0.10 and higher releases of the SQL Server cartridge.
