"ERROR:[2592-214-2-00000000] Attempt to import multiple objects with the same primary Notes address (4345889)

After running the directory export process, you see the following in the log file and the Notes user is not being exported:

ERROR: [2592-214-2-00000000] Attempt to import multiple objects with the same primary Notes address

Skipping exported object '{53D54FAD-C33B-277B-8625-72F9006E90C1}' with duplicate primary Notes address 'FirstName LastName/ABC/AHB'.

Once the directory export process is finished, the objects are kept in the NME40DB database. The database will not allow duplicate objects with the same primary Notes address.

The primary Notes address of the Notes user was in used by another Notes user on the forwarding address field.

WORKAROUND:

If you wish to work around this issue you should;

1- Find the Notes user in the Domino Directory.

2- Find the Notes user's primary Notes address.

3- Find the duplicate primary Notes address that matches above user's primary Notes address in the Domino Directory.

4- Delete the duplicate primary Notes address.

5- Replicate Domino Directory.

6- Perform a directory export process.
