Resolution
The following parameter should mark all migrated objects as "Read".

UseIMAPFlags=1
... tells the wizard to check bit 0 of the $FolderRefFlags Notes attribute to determine whether messages are
read or unread. The bit is set to 0 if an item is unread, or set to 1 if the item has been read.
