New Exchange Server is not showing in reports (4342799)

After adding a new Exchange Server to the organization  is not showing in any reports.

1. There is no Default Gathering set at the Organization Level.  
2. The new Exchange Server is not added as a Source  of any gatherings.

If your organization has chosen not to perform a Daily Default gathering at the Organization Level you must perform the following:

1. In the MessageStats Console expand the Organization and Servers node
2. Right-Click on the Server that needs to be added and select 'Add to Task'
3. Select the gathering from the list and click OK

That gathering will not retrieve information from that server.
