Description
Biztalk Server has an interface with SQL Server to manage the backups of the databases it interfaces with. Can the LiteSpeed extended procedures be incorporated into a Biztalk Server backup?

Cause
LiteSpeed product documentation does not interface directly with Biztalk Server.

Resolution
The SQL Server database that Biztalk is interfacing with requires no further configuration beyond the installation of LiteSpeed onto that SQL Server instance. LiteSpeed extended procedures can be called from a native script.
