When trying to import the Tracking logs the following error is received in the Mailbox Stats Gatherer,
1 - 14:41:50 : Starting to gather mailbox statistics from MAILHOST
2 - 14:41:55 : *** ERROR attempting to gather mailbox statistics from MAILHOST
3 - 14:41:55 : Error in step: Querying mailbox info
4 - 14:41:55 : *** Code = -1 / Msg = Could not retrieve any Exchange server info (OpenMailbox::HrMAPIPrivateStore failed. hr=8004010f: lpSession->OpenMsgStore() failed)
5 - 14:41:56 : Unable to gather mailbox statistics from MAILHOST

Ensure that Outlook is the default e-mail client in Internet Explorer. To verify that, Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet Options. Select the Programs tab and from the e-mail drop down box, select Outlook.
