Description
When attempting to run the mailbox enable wizard in GroupWise Migrator for Exchange (GME) or Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME), the following error occurs in the log file:
ERROR: [7554-1-197-00000000] Unable to disable object Disable-MailUser returned successfully but PowerShell could still find the mail user with identity CN=xxx...
...
ERROR: [7430-1-54-80004005] Unable to restore directory entry for Username@domain -
Cause
These errors may be seen when GroupWise Migrator for Exchange and Notes Migrator for Exchange are not installed on an English Operating System and/or the Exchange Management Tools are not installed in English.

Resolution
Re-install the Quest products on an English Operating System and use the English Exchange Management tools.
