Why do the Mailbox Size Statistics not match what is seen in Exchange System Manager? -
Resolution
MessageStats does not obtain this data from Exchange System Manager, and this data is only gathered one a day, so the statistics in each location will not match. MessageStats gathers this data during the Automated or Interactive gatherings and mailbox sizes change quite often, so you wouldn't be able to compare the statistics with Exchange System Manager.
