Availability Group - Failed Over Alarm
The Availability Group has failed over. One of the secondary nodes is now primary.

Availability Group - Failover Availability Alarm
This alarm is raised under the following circumstances:
The Availability Group cannot failover. All nodes have stopped or paused (High Alarm).
The Availability Group cannot failover automatically. It can failover manually but this may involve data loss (Medium Alarm).
The Availability Group cannot failover automatically. It can failover manually (Information Alarm).
The Availability Group can failover automatically but this may involve data loss (Information Alarm
Availability Group - Quorum Failure Imminent Alarm
This alarm is raised under the following circumstances:
Multiple nodes have been made unavailable. If one more node fails then the cluster (Availability Group) will be made unavailable (High Alarm).
If one more node fails then the cluster (Availability Group) will be made unavailable (Medium Alarm).
A node within the cluster is made unavailable (Low Alarm).
The Quorum has been forced (Information Alarm).
Availability Group - Failed Over Alarm
The Availability Group has failed over. One of the secondary nodes is now primary.
Availability Group - Synchronization Health Alarm
At least one of the nodes in the Availability Group is unhealthy.
The Replicas grid on the High Availability Home Page will tell you which node(s) are unhealthy.
