Resolution
Yes, find below the intructions:
- Open Regedit
- Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\
- Go to the Toad Version node under that (for example, 15.1 or 16.0)
- On the right, right-click and choose New -> DWord value
- Edit the value name so it is "Restrict Internet" (without the quotes)
- Double-click and set the value to 1.
