User/password is invalid causing user not able to connect to SQL Server
Networking issues
The remote host is down or unavailable
Check user/password combination in SQL Server Management Studio and ensure user is able access to SQL Server, user is not locked or password expired.
Check if there are any networking issues such as a firewall blocking the port that may be limiting the connection from the Foglight Agent Manager to the remote host (KB 231918).
The Foglight user or the FglAM process may need to be added to the firewall allow list (i.e. in IPTABLES)
Confirm that the monitored host server is active and running.
