The commercial version of Toad has less options in the Database menu that the Trial one that was installed before.

Cause
The DBA Module is not included in the license key.

Resolution
Make sure that your license enables the DB Admin Module. You can check that by going to Help|About and checking if the DB Admin Module appears under Add-ons.
This module must be purchased with or added onto another edition of Toad for Oracle.
