Sync script does not take any action with tables with columns in different order
2. Steps to Replicate:
1] Choose two schemas in your database and create one table in each one(*) : both tables have to be equals with columns in diferent order
2] Compare those schemas by going to Database|Compare|Schemas
3] Go to options|Object type Specific options and check "compare column order"
4] Run the comparison
5] On the result window you will see that the tables differs by "order of columns" which is ok.
6] Go to the Sync script - there is no action for this change. Instead it says "-- Difference : Column Order (No action taken)"

Resolution
This is the way it is intended to function. It will only note the change in the Sync Script, because otherwise the table in the second schema would have to be dropped and recreated, meaning all the data would be lost, which would be a serious issue if it was done by mistake. You would need to add that manually to the script if you wanted that to happen.
