Size in Database|Optimize|Rebuild Multiple Objects when selecting Tables or Indexes cannot be see (4333708)

The Size and Extends  in Database | Optimize | Rebuild Multiple Objects when selecting Tables or Indexes cannot be seen.

These values are equalled to zero and this should not be the case.

Ensure that the  database statistics have been gathered .

These are the selects that Toad runs to calculate the Extends and Size values. If those selects returns 0 for those values, then the problem is with the database:
