How can I install Toad for Oracle on Wine (a Windows Emulation on Linux)?

Resolution
An installation on Wine for Linux is not supported as the emulation of the API-calls / System-calls are not complete enough within wine to run Toad. Only the original Operating Systems that are mentioned within the Release Notes of Toad are supported. The Release Notes is available at: https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=documentation
WORKAROUND:
Install Toad on a regular Windows machine and access it on Linux via VNC.
