Description
When having two not Nullable columns with Varchar data types within one table and then selecting Duplicate Row option, Toad does not insert the row because the unique key constraint is not used. One of the columns is name "Type".

Cause
TYPE is a reserved word. Toad has an issue with editing fields with this name. Generally user cannot edit data in a column called TYPE.
