Credential failure for Exchange 2019 agent -
Description
No data is collected for exchange agents and authentication errors found in the agent logs. -
Cause

Resolution
- Navigate to Exchange environment | Administration | Select the Agent | Modify private properties
- Check the Domain name provided
- Give the full domain name and test connectivity
- Activate the agent and start data collection
