Ctrl-C intermittent not usable when being on remote accesses with Citrix (4329704)

If using the Citrix server via remote access

1. Connect to the Citrix server
2. Open Schema Browser
3. Select a table
4. Display a script
5. Select a part of the script and click on Ctrl-C keys

==> Try to paste the result into an editor window. The first time doesn't work, but the second time it works fine.

After that, the Copy command works fine in TOAD.
(With copying parts from NotePad or opening another application (e.g. Word) and execute some Copy/Paste commands with this application it works fine.

6. Go back to TOAD and try to do a Copy command.
==> This command is ignored. (The first time doesn't work) The previous content of the clipboard has been erased but the new content has not been saved. When executing the Copy command a second time, it works fine.

This problem does not appear in the standard version of TOAD (non Citrix)
