CR0123607
When you attempt to register an Exchange 5.5 public folder as a restore target, the root public folder is registered instead.
CR0123535
When you restore a differential Exchange 5.5 backup created by Veritas Backup Exec 9.1, the restore process may fail, which causes Recovery Manager to close.
CR0124816
If you search a restore source for messages whose body contains text that has encoding different from your default code page, the search returns no results.
CR0125248
When a message in a restore source contains embedded e-mail messages, they are not shown when you browse the message in a restore source. If you restore such a message, embedded messages are not restored.
CR0121093
When you right-click a registered source and then click Properties, there might be a long pause before the Properties dialog box is displayed, depending on the information store size. For example, if the size of an information store is 100 MB, the pause can last up to one minute.
CR0107412
Content of the "To:" field is not restored when this field contains external e-mail addresses. This address is present when you preview a message in a restore source but absent from the restored message.
CR0107824
After restoring a source mailbox to a mailbox on a live Exchange Server restored e-mail messages might have empty body.
CR0124008
When you select third-party backup software in the New Source Wizard, the list of backup software contains the item "Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 or later", while only 9.x versions of Veritas Backup Exec are supported, and version 10.0 is not supported.
CR0098850
A typo in the PST file creation dialog box. The description of one of the .pst file formats says "Outlook 97, 98, 200, and 2002."
CR0099307
When you restore Exchange items to a public folder, their date and time changes to date and time current at the moment of restoring.
CR0100897
The User Guide contains redundant requirements for integration with BrightStor ARCserve.
1. The user guide instructs to install two agents: BrightStor Client Agent for Windows and Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange. However it is sufficient to have only Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange.
2. The User Guide requests to install Microsoft Exchange System Management tools and Microsoft Exchange 5.5 Administrator. However only one of these two products is required.
CR0100898
When working with CA BrightStor ARCserve 2000 (7.x) in Exchange Server emulation mode, Recovery Manager does not verify that the ADMIN$ share is present, although the requirement of this share is mandatory. If this share is missing, it is impossible to restore a backup to emulated Exchange Server with BrightStor ARCserve 2000.
CR0104613
When you restore calendar items to a .pst file, the restored items do not have dates. The "Start date" and "End date" fields are empty.
CR0105830
When you install Recovery Manager, the setup might display a message that contains internal Outlook version (for example, a message saying that Outlook 9.0 is required). The message should contain the Outlook version that is shown in the About box, such as Outlook 2002 or Outlook XP.
