Steps to reproduce the issue:
Note: This will be impossible to reproduce unless the database has had 2 billion objects created to get the internal object ID that high (they don't all have to exist at the same time...just at some point in the past).
But if the object ID is that high:
1) Create a queue
2) Select it in SB-Queues
3) Go to RHS Statistics tab
4) Bug: RHS does not show stats for this Queue (and you can see the wrong number being used in the query if you turn on Spool SQL)
