How to set a custom default retention and roll-up policy? (4328269)

Need to set the following custom retention policy with specific data roll-up periods as following:

The Web Console UI doesn't provide this type of granularity so import of a 'default retention policy' file is required.

The Web Console UI also doesn't provide the ability to show all the new settings so use the Script Console to query with function:

server.PersistenceConfigService.getDefaultLifecycle()

WORKAROUND:

NOTE: Verify the final data retention period is not less than the 13 months set for this custom policy.  See KB52431 for using the jmx-console to verify via the diagnosticSnapshotAsString() function.

1) On the FMS, copy the attached Custom-retention-policy file in $FGLHOME folder and then import using fglcmd providing the appropriate 'foglight' user name & FMS port number.

2) Access the Script Console dashboard in Web Console and click the green + icon to run the following function query.
