How to move the Console, Service, Tasks to a new Server.
If you have any custom reports you can move those using this KB https://support.quest.com/kb/SOL84265
If you have subscriptions you can export them from your old install and import them into your new install.
Open the MessageStats Reports site click File | Subscriptions
Select all subscriptions you wish to export and click Subscriptions | Export selected Subscriptions. Once your new install is running and after your custom reports are added you can import them on your new server just select import.
First check Control Panel Programs and Features on the old server to see what report packs are installed.
They should all have a name starting with Quest MessageStats Report Pack
Make a note of these as they will need to be installed on the new server.
Since you cannot have 2 "Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service" services connecting to the same database you should stop and disable the service on the Old MessageStats Server.
Once the service is stopped and disabled .
Copy the install directory from the old server to the same location on the new server. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats"
Do not copy this folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\Application Logs" to the new server.
Do not copy this file to the new server. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\QMSSystemConfig2.dat"
If you have the install files for your version of MessageStats on the old server copy them to the new server. The directory with the install files should contain the the Setup.exe and Autorun.exe programs and in the Documentation directory the "MessageStats Release Notes.htm" will contain the version. When moving you should be installing the same version as the old server. If this is an older version you can upgrade once the new server is setup and running correctly.
Before starting the install read over the "MessageStats Release Notes.htm" and make sure the "System Requirements" are met on the new server also read over the "MessageStats Quick Start Guide.pdf"
Have a look at this KB with a video on installing MessageStats.

Before installing make sure the service account has been added to the local administrators group on the new server.
Log on as the service account on the new server and install MessageStats as per the documentation (MessageStats Quick Start Guide.pdf) and or the above video.
Choose a custom install and de-select the database since its already installed. Once MessageStats has been installed and all the same report packs that were installed on the old server are installed. Note: When installing you will be prompted for the location of the database. Specify the location of your existing database.
Make sure you reboot after all installs are complete and then log on as the service account.
Expand Exchange Organizations and right click on your orginization and select properties.
On the connection server tab re-type the netbios name of your connect server and click the verify button.
Once finished click Ok and close the Orginization properties.
Right click on your onginization and select Regather Structure.
