When Creating a custom report the Selected Field Window Shrinks when arranging fields up or do

When creating a custom report and you are in the add Field section after you select the fields you want and you try and arrange the Selected Fields, the Window Shrinks.
Resolution

Workaround
Add the fields one by one from Top to bottom in the order you would like.
