Resolution

WORKAROUND 1

Ensure that the version of LiteSpeed is 7.5 or higher as this officially support DR4x00.

WORKAROUND 2

For the MS SQL Services (SQL Server & SQL Server Agent), use domain account that has access to DR4x00 shared folder.
Additional Information

There are instances where in the user is using NT service accounts instead of Domain accounts.
