Canned reports are not displaying in the tree view of Reports
Description

When launching the MessageStats Web Reports on a system that has a FAT file system the canned reports are missing from the tree view.
Resolution

Convert the file system to NTFS to resolve this issue or install on a drive with a NTFS file system.
