Spotlight on Sybase Client Disconnects from target ASE after 2 -3 minutes (4326046)

When connecting Spotlight on Sybase against Adaptive Server Enterprise/15.0.2/EBF 15651 ESD#4, an error occurs after a while.

Spotlight on Sybase client shows:
ct_cmd_alloc: user api layer:external error: The connection has been marked dead.

The stacktrace dump file shows an this statement:
