I constantly have users complain that their password has expired and they get an error when trying to change it from the login screen.
User error in entering password. Trying multiple times incorrectly locks the account as designed.
The attached screenshots inciate the ability for a user to change the password and login without Administrator assistance.
Review the attached doc and note the user 'rick' account is not locked, just the password is expired.
So if a user has tried enough times unsuccessfuly, that will lock the account; an Administrator would always have to be contacted.
That would remain 'As Designed'.
