The "Edit Basic Properties" field in the "General | Properties" tab not available (4324932)

ISSUE:

The "Edit Basic Properties" field in the "General | Properties" tab in the right side panel does not show up for any Dashboard

Go to any Dashboard, Open the right side panel. Click on the "General" tab and choose "Properties" from the dropdown. The "Edit Basic Properties" field is missing.

CAUSE:

This is a security feature. The logged in user must be in the "Cartridge Developers" group to be able to edit Dashboards.

RESOLUTION:
 

Assign the "Cartridge Developers" group to the logged in user and the "Edit Basic Properties" field will then show up.
