The Administrator Driven Batch Migration is being run and the user has selected the following options:
GroupWise Administrative Functions
Migrate Users
The following two error messages appear in the wlog and no data is transferred:
14:39:38 ERROR: [4965-24-28-00001367] Unable to open target mail store
14:39:38 [4967] Profile appears to specify a non-existent user.
Performing both of these options at the same time could cause these errors:
- GroupWise Administrative Functions
- Migrate Users
Another possible cause is that there is an issue with the Outlook client MAPI installation.
Quest recommends that GroupWise and Exchange administrative functions not be performed in the same program run as the migration of user data.
Also, run the Outlook client installtion in 'Repair' mode, then retry the migration.
