Resolution
Error Message:
ERROR: Alert !!! "Please paste your license key"
Symptoms:
The error appears when the user pastes the license key in the license window and receives an alert that the license key is invalid.
Resolution
Please try one of the following:
- Open the application-URL on a different browser and try pasting the license key into the dialog box
- Disable the extensions installed on the browser and then try activating the software. Once the application is activated, the extensions can be re-enabled.
