Resolution
The PAB Replicator button can be modified using Domino Designer. The file to be modified is PabReplicator.nsf found in the Notes Migrator for Exchange installation folder, and by default that is C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Notes Migrator for Exchange.
It is recommended to make a backup of this file before editing ad saving.
